29th January round up

As January slowly comes to its end lets take a look back at last week.

The week started off fairly busy with people coming in continually through both Monday and Tuesday. Tuesday Bristol City took on Man City in The Carabao Cup which brought in local fans and friends who kept the pub busy till close.

Wednesday locals and workers came in throughout the day to get their midweek pint. In the evening Arsenal, and Chelsea fans stormed the pub as the two teams fought for the win.

Thursday was a usual day with locals coming in all day long, in the evening locals were joined by the local students who stayed with us for a few pre-drinks before heading to Joules and Mishiko’s for their usual student night bash.

Friday started the weekend off in great stead, with Drew Levi keeping crowds in with his classy and fun pop covers.

During Saturday daytime the FA Cup brought several games to the TV which in turn brought fans of all kinds. In the evening Brute Choir smashed their set and kept the pub jamming till close.

Sunday more FA Cup games were shown. In the evening Andy Cranham played his fun covers for our locals and customers, all of which joined him in singing.

We now look forward to the upcoming week and the new month.

Red, Saturday seeing the amazing and ever-popular Brute Choir performing, and Sunday we have the talented Andy Cranham rounding off the week!
